Carolyn's notes -I am often inspired by a pattern and then off and running with my own interpretation. My "stamp" on this one is a lower neckline both in front and back. Before arriving at neckline decisions, I decided that wanted to "frame" the eyelet design all the way up...so my version has a ribbed effect all through the body. I see on Ravelry.com that some folks have turned this into a pullover vest. As always, the possibilities are endless.

I am knitting my "Wicked Eyelet Rib Vest" in Elsbeth Lavold's silky wool - a pleasure to knit. The back is done and now onto the fronts....Thanksgiving here we come!
