I knew for several months that Bill's grandson was getting married and I knew I would knit an afghan...however, I could not quite get my head around the colors. The days were rolling on...and not so long ago, Bill asked me if I was still planning to knit the afghan...and of course, my answer was yes.

I chose a Colinette "Absolutely Fabulous" afghan kit....clocked out my hours - 206 rows - and finished it in 10 days and then a couple of more days for weaving in the ends and preparing the care instructions and the wrapping. The wedding was October 6, 2007.
